Hi all, are new to York or looking to make new friends in a relaxed house share with all-inclusive convenience? I am renting out a very large cosy Double bedroom with large double sash windows which flood the room with light. The room comes with a large desk and chair, The bed also has storage underneath & comes with a new memory foam mattress.
The house is situated opposite York Hospital and around the corner from Nestle & St Johns Uni!! The house has been lovingly restored to a very high standard into a beautiful and relaxing home, retaining all original Victorian style features, like Parquet style flooring, wood panelling, exposed brick etc.. The house has all mod cons incl, 55” Flat screen tv, 6 hob cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, etc. The house also benefits with 2 large (mosaic & marble) bathrooms, 1 with a free standing bath & 2 power showers. There is also a downstairs toilet. I have plenty space for secure bike storage also.
Everything you need including all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans in the kitchen, all you need is your own bedding.
A cleaner comes weekly and this is included in the rent as are all other bills!! The house is only max 10 mins walk to City Centre where you will find all the shops & trendy bars, gyms, bus & train station etc.
Im looking for a polite, clean & TIDY housemate, who is fun, sociable & likes to go out for drinks & bite to eat with housemates on occasions.
I have a WhatsApp to make sure everyone keeps in touch & you don’t miss on any planned events/nights out etc.
