Hello,
I have moved to York over 5 years ago from the South of France where I am from. I have been renting rooms in my house for 11 years now and have always become friend with my tenants. My house in Acomb is a Victorian Terrace 1880 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms I wish to let it to an honest and friendly female student or worker to share with me kitchen, living room and outdoor area. This bedroom comprises two velux windows you can sleep looking at the starry sky or pull the black out blinds down it’s up to you.
The street is very quiet and there is always (free) parking a few metres away from the door., if you have a bike it can be kept in the back garden.
