Single ground floor room available for students

We are a friendly and relaxed family home with 2 children at secondary school, so it’s a busy and warm family environment. Myself and husband work full time so the house is quiet during office hours.
Rent price advertised includes all bills and use of washing facilities. most suited for international students (but any student is welcome) who want to live with an English host family.
We are experienced hosts for international students and have been hosting for 8 years. The House is within a 20 min bus route to city centre and within a 25 minute bus journey to the university.
There is use of a shared bathroom which is also on the ground floor next to the room which has a bath and shower over bath.
As we enjoy hosting you would be welcome to socialise with us, watch movies and talk together on the evenings and join us when we go walking or go out, or of course you are welcome to spend time In Your room as often as you like too.
We also have 1 dog and a cat who love cuddles, they are well Trained and well behaved.

Please note if requesting as a couple the rent will be double as it is price per person not per room) we only accept short term bookings of up to 3 months.
