Ideal for postgraduates on a 12 month let from SEPTEMBER. 10 mins WALKING distance to the University, 1 large room and 2 medium sized and one smaller room, 1 main upstairs bathroom and additional downstairs toilet, small garden, garage. Bills are not included. Shops close by.
Bills will depend on the broadband we use but all the bills including the wifi will be around £50 per person a month.
The location is great, ALDI and Iceland in walking distance (5-10min) and a small coop within 1-2 minutes. All rooms have good lighting with plenty of sun coming through. Nice and quite neighbourhood.
