Are you looking for an interim accommodation solution, maybe you're moving into the area or moving home. I'm offering a minimum 2 week stay (longer stays are negotiable) in a single occupancy, spacious ground floor room in a pleasant two bedroomed terraced property with an up-to-date fit out, in a quiet street in Acomb, York.

The rental amount includes a (lockable) room, with a king bed, storage in the bed. shelving, a wardrobe and a TV wall mount A shared bathroom, front room, and kitchen including amenities (washing machine, dryer) Wi-fi, electricity and water.

The house is close to the public amenities. Bus links, the No. 4 and 24 at one end of the street and the No. 1 or 5 going to the city center are just 3 minutes away on the main street. Bus stop - The Regent
There's shops in the next street and supermarkets like co-op and Morrisons just minutes on foot.

Me? A live-in, multi ethnic, multiple citizenship and bi-lingual (Native English and German speaking) person.

The financials are as follows: A minimum of 2 weeks non-refundable rental amount +ta deposit, is required prior to the rental period. Thereafter, extensions in weekly increments can be agreed upon and are to be paid prior to the rental period
