All bills along with broadband (Virgin media fibre) and a cleaner every other week for shared areas included in the cost. Plasma TV and large comfortable corner sofa are also available in the shared living room. Furniture is included with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk, as well as a full length mirror. I have included a couple of pictures of previous tenants’ layout with no desk, this can be altered if required.

York Hospital 0.9miles/15 minute walk away. York city centre 1.3 miles/20 minute walk. 0.1 miles from nearest bus stop.

A low deposit of £250 is required, as well as employment & previous landlord references. We will also carry out a credit check once we have confirmed your references. I do not charge referencing/moving in/checking or any other hidden fees.

The rooms has its own separate shower and toilet.
