Double room for rent for a female(Mon-Fri)

Please read this in full before contacting
me. ONE female lodger wanted for Monday-Friday let. A lovely double room with your
own bathroom available to rent in a 3
bedroom house in Clifton Moor (mon-fri
only). The location is very desirable in
Clifton moor within a 3 minutes walking
distance to (two retail parks across the road
with shops like Tesco, petrol station, home
bargain, B&Q, Wilko, Dunelm etc &
restaurants, vue cinema and number of
gyms). There is also an Aldi within 10 minutes walking distance.
The house has a modern, vibrant and well
decorated shared space (living room &
dining room space, kitchen and garden
with lovely garden furniture to share). I
need a female lodger (a professional)
clean and considerate to rent one of the
bedrooms. There will only be the two of us
as I'm not planning to rent out the third
room. Cleaning the room/ bathroom and any shared area I. e. kitchen to prepare meals will be your responsibility and I'd appreciate a
weekly clean. If you can't clean them at least once a week, I am happy to find a cleaner for you at your own cost.

Please be aware that this is not a permanent home for someone, this is for someone who works far away from york, does not want to commute and needs a place to stay/sleep in Monday to Friday and has her own home elsewhere. I will also need references, one tenancy and one character (not from family or friends).
DBS check is ideal but not everyone has them (if you do, that’d be great). A copy of drivers license and or passport. There will a £500 deposit that will be returned to you if at the end of the license there are no damages to the property or late payment fees !
