Double room near the train station bills included

I'm looking for a new house mate.

The room is a double room on the top floor of the house. There's a bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet on the middle floor. Shared use of the kitchen, living and entrance room.

I'm a pretty tidy person, and would hope to find someone who's similarly clean/ tidy and generally respectful of shares spaces.
I have some pet rabbits in the garden, they are very cute 🥰

There’s room to store a bike if you wished to. There’s permit parking outside but this would be something you would have to pay for.

I'm currently selling the house so the term is only for 3 months maximum.
