This is a large double room in a 3 bedroom house in the village of Tockwith which has easy access to York/ Wetherby/ Leeds/ Harrogate - a car is probably advisable however there is a local bus that runs during the week only.
The room consists of a double bed, a large mirror, a large set of drawers and a bedside table.
In the house there is just me & my 2 dogs, Nelly & Nova (I have attached a photo of them) who both love people.
You will have your bedroom, shared access to the main bathroom and the kitchen. There is also a downstairs toilet.
I have very fast internet which you will have access to (getting 316 mbps on average).
All bills included (Council tax, gas & electric, water, internet)
Single occupant preferred but will consider couple (extra cost for multiple occupancy).
