Double room with parking and bills included.

I have one double room available in a large 4 bedroom house.

Currently living in the house is a 39 year old professional female (Silvia) and me (Luke) a 33 year old professional male.

Your bathroom is shared with Silvia as I have an en-suite.

The house has a warm kitchen, a range cooker and a big table giving lot’s of room for everyone to cook, relax and enjoy food.

It has a cosy living room with a wood burner and two comfy sofas. There is a conservatory on looking the garden with a second table.

There are lots of little corners of the house to hide away as well as communal areas to socialise. You can have quiet moments tucked away or hang out with housemates, there’s ample space for both.


I work between home, an office in York and sometimes I’ll be away for the night. I have a studio attached to the house where I work and do all sorts of other creative stuff. When I am working from home I’ll be in there.

I go to the gym and various other things in the evenings.

I'm looking for a professional and you're welcome to work from home.
