It is complete with an instant boiling hot water tap, peloton exercise bike and weights & a large flat screen communal tele with all the channels. There is parking space available on the drive and a large back garden and patio area which will be kitted out with a bbq and seating for summer. The living area has a large corner sofa and a peloton bike that you are more than welcome to use on a daily basis. This house would make an ideal home for a clean and respectful young professional who is either social or keen to keep to themselves.
