Sadly and regrettably, thanks to cost of living crisis the cost if gas and electricity ive been forced to atudy and mojiyor these bills aswell as research sensible, informed and imaginative ways to maximise and preserve heat and light.
The term " reasonable "" usage of fuel is subjective, but i would expect any new lodger to work with me to keep bills down bybdoing things like wering extra jumpers, utilising extra bedding provided by me, switching appliances iff when not in use, keeping windows and doors shut etc etc
