Independent access from the front of the property, very private. No access to main house.

Plenty of light from the original sash window and large electric skylights, including in the en-suite.

All bills and fibre Wi-Fi included.

The room is currently furnished as shown in the pictures. The sleeping area is behind the curtains. A new king size bed and mattress have also been recently added and will remain in the room.

Small kitchenette with sink, electric hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. No washing machine.

Not available for long term stays (rolling monthly contract).
