Lovely quiet room for a professional in a pretty house, in a nice street very close to York’s city centre, the hospital, a few supermarkets, a swimming pool and to all conveniences that come with living so close to the city walls.
We have successfully hosted a good number of university visiting researchers and other professionals and are currently looking for another lodger who may need a place to stay from 2-4 weeks in the first instance. The price is £195 per week. This includes bills (as long as you are sensible) and access to the kitchen and snug.
Please note there is no free parking available on the street but I can arrange a temporary permit for you at cost.
