Lovely quiet room in central location

Lovely quiet room for a professional in a pretty house, in a nice street very close to York’s city centre, the hospital, a few supermarkets, a swimming pool and to all conveniences that come with living so close to the city walls.

We have successfully hosted a good number of university visiting researchers and other professionals and are currently looking for a lodger after our previous one moved away from York after 3 years with us. The price is £800 per month which includes bills as long (as you are sensible) and access to the kitchen and snug.

Please note there is no free parking available on the street but I can arrange a temporary permit for you at cost.

Update: The room is currently booked as a short let but will be available later in the summer. Since I work from home, we are looking for someone who hopefully works mostly from an office during the day.
