The shared areas include a modern kitchen and lounge area. The classic ensuite also offers exceptional value for money whilst ensuring the space is comfortable for living and studying. This room style has been upgraded as part of a refurbishment project on site between 2020 – 2023.
I’ve visited this accommodation personally whilst staying with a friend and have found the rooms spacious enough to rather easily support multiple people staying at once. Each building has an elevator such that stairs aren’t a necessity, and there’s plenty of security for each building, flat, apartment, and even en-suite bathroom in the form of personal keys.
I am looking to pass this room onto somebody who would benefit from it more as the high price range is difficult for me to reasonably achieve, and since tenancy begins in the 2024/2025 academic year, it’s uncertain who else would be staying in the same flat.
What I do know is that it may be mixed gender dorms and potentially with older students, though both are currently unconfirmed.
