Double Room- near City Centre.

Our spare double room has storage, a desk, wonderful shared bathroom and kitchen, with spacious garden and free parking out the back shared by the neighbours. Additional benefits: own small fridge in the kitchen and extra freezer in outhouse, washer and tumbler dryer, shed for bikes and own cupboard space.

Lovely local pub and corner shop a stone drop away, only 15 minutes from the station or Bootham by foot (dependent on pace). If you are a cyclist like us, great path into the centre and storage at the property. Just a 15-20 walk to the city centre. Plenty lovely walks, coffee stops and accessible bigger stores nearby.

As a couple, we like our own space but enjoy socialising with those we live with, we are easy going, flexible and friendly. We have done Airbnb and loved hosting new faces.

It is important for our new arrival to love dogs as we have a Sprocker pup called Cooper who loves to snuggle with every person that comes to our home. It will be hard to avoid 🤣💕

We are interested in short term and long terms let’s, Monday to Friday and/or part time let’s, so please get in touch. Should you want more photos or details please just ask!
