My son and I live in a spacious home, currently sharing it with one flatmate.
The room is a double, equipped with a fitted wardrobe and essential furniture, including a single bed, a bedside table, a bookcase, a study table, and a chair.
We have a cat, so we welcome those who respect animals and consider their welfare and are not allergic to cat fur.
We seek a professional who is considerate of others in the home and maintains cleanliness and tidiness in both the room and shared areas. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are communal spaces, with the kitchen serving as a shared area.
The location is within a 30-minute walking distance of the city centre.
