Looking for a clean, tidy and respectful person to move into my spare double bedroom.

The house has been renovated to a modern standard complete with an open plan kitchen, lovely bathroom and a cosy front room. With only a short walk to the city centre the house is in an amazing location.

Bills included in rent with fast internet, complete with firestick for sports.

I’m someone who likes to keep active, heading to the gym frequently, playing tennis, football and going for runs and hikes. Although I like to keep active, I’m not a fitness freak and enjoy a drink on a weekend along with dinner with friends. Ideally the person moving in will be outgoing and easy to get on with, being able to socialise together going out for occasional drinks, watching sport, runs, playing tennis and the like would be great.
