Available from 1st September, double room in 3 bed house on a quiet street in Osbaldwick within easy distance to the University of York East Campus. The house is fully furnished with double glazed windows and gas central heating.

Communal spaces includes a large lounge with 50 inch smart TV, newly fitted kitchen with gas hob, bathroom with white suite and over bath shower and separate shower room. The house has a very warmly feel with off street parking and large garden which is great for summer BBQ’s. Housemates are expected to take their turn in mowing the lawn and cleaning communal areas.

The house is situated in Osbaldwick which is on the East side of York. Osbaldwick is quiet village like residential area with good local amenities. Just around the corner from the house is a local Sainsbury’s, a deli and hairdressers amongst others. There are good transport links into the city centre, hospital and shopping centres with frequent bus service and a bus stop only a few minutes walk from the house. For commuters there is easy access to the A64.

All bills are included in the rent - gas, electric, internet, TV licence, council tax and water rates.

We are looking for a professional, respectful, clean and tidy housemate. You will be sharing with 2 other housemates, one male and one female. No smoking or pets are permitted in the house.
