A cosy single room is available in my 3-bedroom cottage on Old Moor Lane, perfect for someone looking for a peaceful home with a touch of character. Cottage is on the Coastliner bus routes alongside No. 3, 4, 12, 13 etc.

The cottage is shared with myself (live-in landlord), an existing lodger (girl; in the double room), and Spud (my tabby cat), who splits his time between sunbathing in the bay window, watching the birds, waiting for the cat that lives opposite us to come pick him up, and curling up for cuddles.

I work in London Mon to Wed so the house is often quiet, ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful space to base yourself.

The rooms are cosy and best suited to someone who appreciates a calm, tidy home, loves having a tabby cat follow them around, and can step up to feed him when I’m not about.

Ideal for a respectful, responsible & self sufficient lodger who’s happy sharing with us and keeping the place clean and homely.
