Double room, Fulford, five minutes from York Uni

One double room available in a house on a lovely cul-de-sac in Fulford. It is a household of two people you will only be sharing with one person. Recently refurbished. The room comes with a double bed which has storage in drawers underneath, wardrobe, desk and a bedside table. Extremely close to University of York. Close to bus routes into town and not far from the river which you're able to walk into town along if you wish. The property has a garden front and back and there is a space to keep a bike if needed. Ideally looking for someone who is sociable and wants to hangout and chat about their day or watch a film together. I have a border terrier called Max who will be there sometimes and sometimes with my family so you have to like dogs. No smoking in the house. Band C council tax. I only smoke occasionally and always outside. The house does have a washing machine too, it didn’t let me add that for some reason.
