Double furnished room in 3 bedroom apartment available when my son returns to university in January, around the 20th until 20th March with a bit of flexibility. I also have a single room available from 4th January for a longer let. Bathroom and downstairs toilet, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, fridge and freezer etc.

The location is amazing - next door to a friendly pub, right by the river, 5 mins from town and less than 10 from the station.

I'll be at work four days a week and at my girlfriend's for a large amount of time so you'll have a lot of privacy. I also have a large garage which could be used for storage of items.
