The location is amazing - next door to a friendly pub, right by the river, 5 mins from town and less than 10 from the station.

I'll be at work four days a week and at my girlfriend's for a large amount of time. My son who has just finished studying at Cambridge University is currently living with me but may relocate depending on his work commitments.

A car parking space is available for occasional use.
