This is a Mon-Friday let. Join me and my 2 friendly dogs in my home. It’s a central village location in Upper Poppleton. Plenty going on and easy with train (station 5 mins walk)and bus access into York (route 10). Car parking is available. The house is under cosmetic repair but this spare room is complete. It’s got a new bed, furniture and has been painted and decorated. I’m a working professional at the University and it would suit someone who needs a base in the week in York but has a permanent base elsewhere. For example for students on working placements, medic rotations, or short term working contracts. I don’t have a tv, but have a license for you to watch on internet. It’s my home, so I would expect tenants to be respectful of that. I have a dining kitchen, utility room, lounge, a large craft room all of which you are welcome to use. The room includes your own bathroom with shower. My bedroom, bathroom are upstairs.
