The wardrobe will be staying in the room, but otherwise, the room will be unfurnished. All shared areas are fully furnished though.

My current housemate has moved out in order to live with her partner, so my cat and I are looking for someone new! Aside from the wardrobe, all other furniture photographed in the bedroom has been moved out, so please keep that in mind upon viewing.

Council band is A, haven't had any issues with the place and I absolutely love it here. It's a lovely walk along the river to the house, which is about 15 minutes walk from the city centre, and 10 minutes to the train station.

It's a very quiet area with on street parking, so you shouldn't have a problem finding a spot right outside the house if you have a car.

Bills are not included, so the bills for council tax, water, energy (Octopus) and internet (EE) will be split between the two of us.

Current rent is £1000 in total, which split between us is £500 each. The room is available immediately.
