Double room, own bathroom with lovely view of the Minster.

You will be joining our family home with us, our 15 year old son and our cat. We are looking for someone quiet and considerate.

As well as your room, with your own shower room, you will also have access to our large family dining kitchen. There is a utility room with washing machine. and drying area and outside garden area in which a bicycle could be kept.

We live on a quiet street a stone's throw from the fantastic Bishopthope road shops and cafés. It's a short walk to York train station or into the city centre. Rowntree park and York Racecourse are both 5 minutes away.

Shorter term lets considered but at a different rental rate, to be discussed and mutually agreed.
