The house is currently furnished but can also be let part or unfurnished if that's the preference. It has a reasonably large garden with a log cabin. I've renovated the house about two years ago so it's in good condition and a lovely place to live. The house is energy efficient with an EPC C, has gas central heating, and is council tax band B.
