Room for professional in York

My housemate is moving out at the end of May and I am looking for a female professional to take over her room.

The house is located at the end of a quiet street, about a 10-minute's walk from City Centre. Many shops close by including Waitrose, Lidl and Morrisons.

The room is furnished with a double bed and small dresser. The rest of the house is already furnished and ready to move in.

Small walled garden in the rear with a small shed holding storage space and tumble dryer. Other appliances include a dishwasher and clothes washer.

You will have your own full bathroom on the ground floor behind the kitchen. Both bedrooms are upstairs.

Heating and hot water is provided by a gas combi-boiler. Windows are insulated so the house stays comfortable during winter.

The contract is now on a rolling monthly basis, however you will be required by the letting agent to complete a background check and sign a contract.
