Hi, me and my flatmate are looking for 2 people to take over this tenancy for 2026/27 at 126 Acomb Road.
This flat is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and is beautiful however due to personal reasons, we can no longer take on the tenancy for 26/27.
The tenancy starts on the 15th July 2026 and is a for a 12 month period. It is £180 per person, per week and a deposit of £450 per person will have to be paid.
This includes all bills, wifi and a tv licence.
It has very good bus routes nearby and is a 15 minute drive to York St John University and there is free on street parking.
