Hi, I'm John, I'm looking for a housemate to share a 2 bedroom house with me. The house is 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre and on a quiet back street with friendly neighbours. There is a large back garden and on-street parking available.
The rent for the room would be £720 a month including all bills (energy, internet and council tax) with shared use of all appliances. It is available to working professionals only.
The room on offer is the master bedroom and has built-in cupboards and storage but comes unfurnished aside from the double bed.
I'm a quiet, easy going guy and I'm looking for a similar minded person. I like cooking, travelling and quiet nights in gaming or watching TV.
