I am looking for someone to take over my 26/27 tenancy at 16 Melrosegate In Heworth! This is around a 25 minute walk from York St John University in a lovely area. The house has a driveway if you would need parking too. You will be living with 4 other lovely tenants. 3 girls and one boy. This is a downstairs bedroom with plenty of storage.
