This single room, with your own adjacent bathroom, is available from 1st June 2026. It is in a comfortable well equipped two bed flat. It is easy to keep warm with low heating costs. You will be sharing with a friendly young man who works as a receptionist at a physio clinic.

The rent of £800 pcm, for a place in the flat, includes all bills except WiFi, which you arrange with your flatmate. There is a spacious shared living room and plenty of storage space.

The flat is very well located in Fulford, York: 25 min walk to both the city centre, via a delightful river path, and York University. There are nearby shops, cafes and pubs.

There is free parking for residents and a lockable bike shed.

There is a standard two month notice period and a deposit of £200. Flatmates who plan to stay at least a year are favoured.
