Room Close to City Center!

hello all!

I’m currently looking for someone to take over my roommates place on the 1st of July (to pay rent starting from then).
It’s a 10 minute walk to the city center, so super close, also close to the hospital.

Your room will be unfurnished (the photo is for an idea of space), but I have furniture already in the house that we can share and/ or add to :) The deposit as of right now is £475 but have asked my landlord if this has changed due to a recent rent increase, therefore this is tbc.

I’m 26, work during the week, and looking ideally for a professional, but open to students too. I enjoy a good relaxed evening in, gardening in the small courtyard we have, bouldering, and generally being outdoors too!

Am more than happy to get a coffee with someone beforehand to meet 🙂
