Double Room and Bathroom in 2 Bed Flat

Hi I'm looking for someone to take over half of a tenancy, as my current flatmate is moving away from York. I'm looking for a masters, PhD student, or a young professional to move in.

This is a two bedroom, two bathroom flat with a generous living space. The advertised room is the slightly larger of the two, with the bathroom next door having a shower and bath. The room is fully furnished, with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The flat is on the second floor, and there is a lift. Outside the flat there is a garage to store bikes and permitted parking. The location is ideal for walking along the river into York, as well as being connected on bus routes. Both an Aldi and Sainsbury's local are less than a five minute walk away.

I'm a History PhD student at the University of York, typically working a 9-5 in the office. I enjoy relaxing weekends walking along the river, crafting and watching movies. I like visiting museums and art galleries in York, and trying out different food spots.

I'm looking for a clean and tidy flatmate who is friendly.
