Located close to shops, pub and cafe within walking distance Tesco is 2 miles. Bus stop into York very close by (No 13 or 840/843 coastliner Leeds-York-Whitby. 4 miles into city centre. Gorgeous walks close by within the village. The area is incredibly quiet, peaceful and a lovely space to relax on your days away from work.
I am a live-in professional landlord and want to share with someone clean and tidy. I have shared my living space over the years to both male and female lodgers aged 21 - 45. I have an enhanced DBS check which is on the update service for your peace of mind as I work in a school.
I am happy to share cooking at times or give space to cook on your own if that is what you prefer.
