Hi! We are a group of friends who are going into our second year of university. We are all female and Muslims, looking for preferably a female. It is a 12 month contract commencing the 26th June 2026, it is £187 per week in June but from July onwards will be £177. You will share a bathroom with one other person who is clean and considerate of others. The house comes with bills included and a washer and dryer and a TV. As students we are exempt from paying council tax.
