Private & Fully Furnished Annex - Female Student

We are offering a bright, fully equipped, and private annex. Please note that this accommodation is strictly available for a female student only. The annex has its own separate entrance, giving you complete privacy and independence to study and relax.

The space comes fully furnished and includes:

• A comfortable single bed.
• A dedicated workspace with a desk and an ergonomic office chair.
• A private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
• A private, fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, electric cooker/oven, microwave, and plenty of cabinet space.
• Access to a lovely garden space to enjoy the outdoors.

While the annex is completely self-contained, you will have shared access to a dedicated laundry area washing machine.

The Details & House Rules

• Requirement: Female student only.
• Occupancy: Strictly single occupancy only.
• Bills: All utilities (water, gas, electricity, and broadband) are included in the rent.
• Parking: Please note that parking is not included.
• Smoking: Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the annex or near the windows
