• Your own private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
• A private utility/kitchenette corner equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric cooker/oven, and plenty of cabinet space.
• Shared access to a dedicated laundry area with a washing machine.
• Direct access to a lovely garden space to enjoy the outdoors.

The Details & House Rules:

• Occupancy: Strictly single occupancy only.
• Bills: All utilities (water, gas, electricity, and high-speed broadband) are included in the rent.
• Parking: Please note that on-site parking is not included.
