You will have your own furnished double bedroom, complete with a double bed, pillow, duvet, and wardrobe, as well as a spacious private bathroom.

I'm an international PhD student at the University of York looking for a female flatmate to share a calm, clean, and respectful home. I enjoy keeping active, especially going to the gym, running outdoors, and spending time in nature. I also enjoy hiking whenever I get the chance. I'm very much a morning person and tend to keep a regular routine. It would be lovely to live with someone who shares a similar active lifestyle, though I also value having our own space and independence.

I'm looking for someone who values a peaceful environment, keeps shared spaces tidy, cleans up after themselves, and is considerate of noise, as the building and neighbours are generally very quiet. Friends are welcome to visit occasionally, but this is not a party house. Unfortunately, no pets.

Bills are managed by me, and based on previous years, they have typically ranged from £60 to £100 per person per month, with everyone being mindful of energy usage.
