Hi! We’re 4 female students looking for a fifth person to complete our house next year. We’re studying a range of subjects, and are all relatively quiet and very tidy people. The house is a lovely, modern house with a driveway, private garden, washer/dryer, dishwasher and has 3 bathrooms. It is barely a five minute walk away from the university of Yorks east campus, and so the free bus to west is also barely five minutes away. It is close by to shops, and in a perfect location for any student.
