Hi! We're a group of 4 (2 girls, 2 boys) going into second year, looking for one more housemate to fill our small double room! The house is in a great location, just outside of the city walls, a 5 minute walk into town or a 20 minute walk to the University campus, with the U1 bus stop just 1 minute away, Lidl and other shops just around the corner.

We're all quite friendly, sociable and love going out as a group, whether it's to eat, to drink, whatever. We also appreciate a clean living space. We're open to all sorts of people no matter your background or course etc.
