The flat consists of just 5 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering the perfect balance between privacy and social living. The accommodation is modern, secure, well-maintained and ideal for student life.

The current flatmates are friendly, respectful and tidy, creating a great environment for both studying and relaxing.

Unfortunately, due to a change in family circumstances, my son is no longer able to take up the room, so we are looking for someone to take over the tenancy.
