I have a double bedroom for rent in my terrace house in South Bank near the Knavesmire. The house is a 20 min walk from town and the station, 15 mins from Bishy rd, 10 mins from the river and racecourse.

The room includes a double bed, built in wardrobe, storage units, desk and chair. Bedding can be provided if needed. Shared use of the kitchen, bathroom and living room. There's a back yard and free on street parking.

All bills are included.

The room is ideal for anyone who needs a short term let while looking for more permanent accommodation and would suit a mature student or working professional.

I work from home two days a week and have a number of hobbies that keep me busy on evenings and weekends. I'm looking for someone respectful and tidy.
