Hi! One of our flatmates has left uni due to unforeseen circumstances, leaving one of the rooms in our house available. Rent is £822 a month and the tenancy is until 8th July 2027.
The other tenants are 22F (studying Philosophy), 20M (studying linguistics) and 20F (studying psychology). We would like our new tenant to preferably be a female 3rd year or postgraduate student.
We are looking for someone who is sociable but also loves a quiet and calm environment. One of us enjoy gymnastics, another swimming, and the other likes poetry. We all love fashion and culture and are apart of societies that celebrate those at the uni of York. Two of us are LGBTQ+. We enjoy going to events and going out from time to time as well (cheeky Vanbrugh jazz night or drawing board lol). Importantly, we all love some down time and giving each other space.
