A quiet, calm and clean 2nd bedroom house to rent. 8mins walk to the university. Includes free off street parking for two cars in an area where parking restrictions apply. The house is ideal for two PhD students,, masters or mature students.. A double bedroom for each person, a double bed in each room. The large shared bathroom has a shower and a loo.

Downstairs, there is a sunny living room with two sofas, and under stairs storage. Also a separate sunny kitchen/dinner with a seating area, dining table and chairs. Plus a microwave, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge, pans and full complement of crockery.. The house is perfect for people who want to live near the university, to study and enjoy their time in York, the house is not a party house. There is a bicycle shed and a large garden. (We pay the gardener), there are neighbours either side.

The area has excellent bus links to the university and direct to the city centre and the Railway Station. There are shops and takeaways 5 mins away. It is also within easy reach of York St John University. Non-smokers.

As landlords we have been providing student accommodation for fifteen years. We live locally and respond quickly to difficulties. In return, we want two students, who will look after our property and respect the neighbours.

Rent is £850. per calendar month, per person and does not include bills. Students do not pay council tax but it is in band b.
