Double room in Clifton near Hospital and Uni

I am looking to rent out the spare room in my 2 bedroom terraced house.

Situated near the Groves it is just 8 minutes walk to both York hospital and YSJ university. The house is in an amazing location with it also being only a short walk to the city centre.

I am a full time student at YSJ and am hoping to live with another student. However, non-students can still apply.

I have a gorgeous cat called Mika.

When I'm not at home chilling with her I like to spend my time outdoors, running, hiking, cycling, at the gym and spending time with friends.

The room is furnished with a bed including underneath storage and a built in wardrobe.

You will have access to all shared areas including ground floor bathroom, kitchen, living area and outdoor space.

Rent includes all bills and internet. Currently council tax exempt.

Initially renting for up to 3 months but would consider extending this.

Ideally I am looking for a person who is down to earth and respectful of others space, but still up for socialising and getting to know each other a bit.
