Double Room available in York

Double room in two bed flat available from October.

Comfortable double room available in a two bed flat. Shared spacious living space (open plan with kitchen), bathroom and balcony. I live in the flat too, and looking for someone to fill the room.

The flat is in prime location, around ten minute walk into town and to reach inside the city walls, with plenty of nice restaurants and bars, and around twenty minutes walk to the train station. Approx 5 mins drive to York hospital, and both York St Johns and University of York.

The rent includes shared bills, (not currently including council tax), TV licence, internet, and parking. There is an allocated parking spot in a private, underground car park, and place to store bikes.

I work from home around 50% of the time. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, meeting up with friends, and hiking. Looking for someone who will be respectful of shared spaces (tidy) and good to chat with over a cuppa or the occasional meal. Would best suit someone who doesn't work from home all the time.

Ideally someone who wouldn't mind occasionally watering the plants, a feminist, and LGBTQI+ friendly household.
