The bedroom

Large 3 storey town house.
The bedroom is the 2nd floor. Kitchen is ground and living room 1st.
There are lots of stairs.
WC first floor and house bathroom 2nd floor.

I am away Monday-Friday most weeks with work.

You will be responsible for cleaning up after yourself and shared areas you use. Ensuring the house is left clean and tidy.

Some weekends can be accommodated (for hospital shifts for example). But if you want to stay regularly at weekends then the monthly price will be increased to £625.
Contact me if you are wanting a 7 day a week agreement. Preference is for Monday-Friday.

There is parking available, a rear garden and some storage.

There is an EV charger, however if you wish to charge you will have to pay for this in addition to rent.

You are welcome to use the garden and keep it tidy. But are not required to do gardening.
