A little about me: I'm going into my second year at university and I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy to live with. I'd definitely prefer someone who wants a friendly home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
The tenancy would be transferred officially through the landlord, so this isn't an informal sublet.
