Needs to be friendly and respectful of our home, communicative regarding shared use of kitchen and bathroom. No overnight visitors, smokers or pets. For female occupant only.

Furnished room with hanging rail, small draws, bedside table, desk, bed with new mattress. Use of furnished kitchen for light meals, shared bathroom & downstairs toilet. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer.

Located between Tang Hall and Heworth it is a 30 minutes walk to York Uni campus east & city centre. We are on the no.11 bus route can walk to other bus stops & bike storage is available.

£135 per week, includes bills (electric, gas, high-speed broad band, water, council tax) plus cleaning products & loo roll. Deposit £270, notice period 1 week.
