hi, as one of our housemates is leaving due to personal circumstances we now have a single downstairs bedroom available. you would be living with three 3rd year UoY girls who are doing humanities. the house is in a central location with good walking distances to both UoY and YSJ, near several supermarkets and a 10 minute walk into town. the room available includes: a single bed, a wardrobe, desk and desk chair. the house has two bathrooms (one on each floor) and a kitchen with a kettle, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. bills (including wifi and sky tv!) are included within the rent which is £196pw but the landlord is open to offers. due to our contract, we are only able to allow students and the estate agents will be checking this.
