The master bedroom (with purple wall in the pic: 4.38X3.3m) is available in a well-kept 3-bedroom house in Fulford, with two bathrooms (upstairs main and downstairs WC) and two living rooms (with hardwood flooring). The bedroom has 2 built-in wardrobes and a small desk. There’s currently no bed in the room, so you can bring your own and make the space your own.

You’ll be sharing the massive house with me, Xiao (29), a researcher at uni. My current housemate is moving away, so I’m looking for someone to join the tenancy from around December, although the move-in date is negotiable.
